Jamdrop Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By using Jamdrop ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users in the United States and elsewhere. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction) to use Jamdrop. We may update these Terms occasionally, and continued use of Jamdrop signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Accounts and Eligibility
To use Jamdrop, you need to create an account. You may sign up by linking a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments and Subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for subscription fees or other purchases.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- All billing issues are handled by our third-party payment providers.
If Jamdrop uses a credit system:
- Unused credits roll over to the next cycle (for now).
- We may change this policy with prior notice.
Ownership and Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using Jamdrop. By using the Service, you grant Jamdrop a non-exclusive license to use anonymized or aggregated data for improving the Service. AI models trained with your content will not expose your private materials.
Use Restrictions
- You may not use Jamdrop for illegal or harmful activities.
- Reverse engineering, unauthorized sharing, or reselling of the Service is prohibited.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, certain data may be retained as required by law or for record-keeping.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Jamdrop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jamdrop operates. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels within that jurisdiction.
